Governance and global public goods: multilateral Spanish cooperation
Abstract
The challenges of governance and the provision of Global Public Goods imply the richest and middle-income countries national policies commitment. At the same time, the multilateral modality of development cooperation allows channeling this collective action with a greater universal vocation and institutional legitimacy. In Spain this cooperation modality has just 10 years with a financial crisis in between.
