COVID-19 and the financial uncertainty of Spanish cooperation within the framework of the 2030 agenda
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has committed the Spanish country situation and as an international development cooperation donor. While the strategies documents production has been extensive in recent months, there are still alarming gaps in funding. The next decade must be a few changes in the 2030 Agenda framework: ODA concept definition, diversify its sources of financing and make a clear commitment to policy coherence towards sustainable development.
