The mexican system of international cooperation for development: changes, challenges and perspectives
Abstract
This year marks the first decade of the institutionalization of the Mexican System for International Development Cooperation, which encompasses a myriad of ICD experiences. This article offers a comprehensive view of its institutional architecture, contents, and current situation, and outlines some ideas and proposals to take full advantage of the opportunities that are looming on the horizon.
