Mexican Cooperation in the framework of the Comprehensive Development Plan for northern Central America: Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro and Sembrando Vida
Abstract
In the last decade, the growth of irregular migration from northern Central America has shown to the Government of Mexico the importance of rethinking its strategy of International Cooperation for Development. Currently, Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro and Sembrando Vida initiatives contribute to address the structural causes that propitiate this phenomenon in El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.
