Revisión sobre filamentos intermedios, con especial referencia a las citoqueratinas
Abstract
The intermediate filaments are the most resistant elements of the cytoskeleton; they develop a mesh that surrounds the nucleus and reach the cellular periphery, connecting to the plasmatic membrane. Cytokeratins are the main type of intermediate filaments in epithelial cells. The objective of our work is to assess the importance of intermediate filaments inside the cell structure and their expression pattern through different localizations. Thus the expression and morphology of these filaments will be characterized in a physiological condition in comparison with pathological process.Downloads
