Abstract

This is a tribute to José Luis García García, whose legacy survives through his scholarly contributions to the fields of Anthropology of Cultural and Social Knowledge, his personal commitment as an educator, his positive impact on Academia, and his  valuable research on the ethnography of the mining región of Asturias.
