Abstract
This article aims to find out what are the new practices of tourism consumption in the current social and economic. To do this we review the overall context of the current welfare regimes, since the emergence of mass consumer societies to the current global crisis. In full technological revolution, with the prominence of social networking sites, we think you can apply a sociological analysis of consumption to the transformations in this first decade of the century. This analysis requires an update of the concept of social use to understand the new social behaviors in relation to new forms of production and distribution of products and tourism services.Downloads
