Abstract
This research sought clarification on the new understanding of the High Court of Justice in some of their decisions on the pro dubio In Societat. It showed that the brocadorbecame, for reasons of convenience, a kind of principle of the law, while having no legal support. There was an expansion of this phenomenon is the effect and is investigated in this study.
