Mediation a method of social intervention in family business

Abstract

It will address the issue of family businesses and how they determine objectives in order to make their productivity last in the area of ​​supply and demand, which they get based on the work of the partners who direct and work in it. Over time, there may be a sense of tension between the shareholders themselves or in the work environment. The business family is made up of effort, dedication and entrepreneurship, however, in it there are different sources of stress and a typology of conflicts, being the intimate interconnection between family and company one of them. Mediation is a way of social reparation to solve the situations that arise in the family business environment, as such it influences the task of reducing conflicts between the parties, it is characterized by its economic accessibility and functionality. There are different models of mediation that end up creating a series of options for the application of it, all seeking to reach a favorable solution to the conflict.
