La comunicación como mediación entre la tecnificación y la virtualización de las instituciones educativas
Abstract
This paper presents an approach to the phenomenon of virtualization of higher education from a communicational perspective supported by social mediation theory (Martin Serrano, 1977). The difference between the application of technology and virtual education is supported by taking into account five different types of mediation that can be observed to occur in the process of institutional change. The communication paradigm in education is at the core of a reflection on the ways to consider and manage innovation in education.Downloads
