Investigación social cualitativa y análisis de la mediación. Notas para un esbozo de este diálogo

Abstract

This contribution has the aim of propos-ing a sketch which allows the reflection on the relationship between qualitative social research (QSR) and the Theory of Mediation. The author came to this proposal through a reflection on his own experience: her path initiated in the area of the Theory of Communication and, specifically, carrying out analyses on the processes of mediation under the training of Professor Martín Serrano. Today she is embarked on the sociological study and practice in the context of QSR. In these notes for a sketch of dialogue the relevance of such a relationship is justified, since both fields of the scientific knowledge, -Theory of Communication and Social Qualitative Research Techniques-, share categories of analysis, theoretical worries, and, especially, the possibility of applying the same análisis designs to approach the scientific comprehension of the social reality.
