Estructura de incentivos e instituciones en el pensamiento económico español del siglo XVII
Abstract
This paper reviews some of the considerations about the institutional structure of Spain in the Arbitrism thought in the 17thcentury. Specifically we review its reflection on primogeniture, entails, emphyteusis and juros. We also review their criticism of the administration of justice. We think their arguments have an absolute economic perspective and they are very similar to those used in the New Institutional Economics and Law and Economics today.Downloads
