Abstract

The axe by which the concept of Human Rights and Law in general was to be ruled was set from the constitutional reform of 10/ 11 June 2011 onward. The principle of human dignity, when treated philosophically, doctrinally and legally has let us adjust what is «According to the Law» or «According to what the Law should rule» as the rational tool to apply «The Law of Human Beings». Therefore, Mexican constitutional case law describes in its criteria the discourse by which it admits the moral’s shift toward positive legal texts, which, in the case of Mexico, shows that the comprehending purpose of the Carta Magna works with values, too.
