Abstract

This article reveals the important work of Maximina Pilar Diaz-Peñalver and Colino, a professor of Philosophy Institute of Isabel the Catholic, which in 1957 was able to present a draft Cabinet Orient who dazzled the board of that institution, to the point if approved and implemented under his leadership, overcoming barriers of their status as women. With his tenacity and high capacity, this teacher was able to introduce a new system that not only was aimed at measuring the ability of students, but trying to put all means of psycho-time in the service of those who had higher learning problems and even kind of personal, emotional and family.
