Proyecto de investigación e innovación: una propuesta de intervención educativa para alumnos y alumnas con aptitudes sobresalientes

Abstract

The National Program for the Enhancement of Special Education and Educational Integration developed a research project, which allowed to design, implement and assess a proposal of educational intervention for students with outstanding aptitudes. Its aim is to provide such students with an attention that meets their educational needs and favors the development of their noteworthy potential in the elementary school education. The project was executed in 13 of 32 Mexican Federal Entities which conforms a cross-section of the various social, cultural and educational contexts that are part of Mexican diversity. This article shows the process implied in the development of such project; its phases, results and immediate challenges.
