Abstract
In this issue of the journal Derecom, several highly topical works are presented, and one of them, of particular human and academic interest, is the one that collects the friendly and scientific exchange between professors Corredoira (Derecho de la Información) and Nieto (Empresa Informativa), who recently passed away. The draft law on transparency, access to public information and good governance, in the process of being disseminated via the Internet to the whole of society, at this time, reinforces the opportunity of the Annual Reports on Transparency in the Audiovisual Sector, of the Research Group of the Complutense University of Madrid "Transparency, Good Governance and Communication.
