Complutense PhD De la Torre Torres, in Seminar "Transparency and University"
Abstract
On 4 April, in the School of Communication Sciences at Complutense University of Madrid, Rosa María De la Torre Torres, Secretary General of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo and Professor of Law at the School of Law and Social Sciences, gave a lecture on her University's experience with the Office of Transparency and Access to Information, which is almost ten years old. The title of Professor De la Torre's lecture was "Transparency Law and Office of Access to Institutional Information in the Public University: the Nicolaíta Experience".
