The participation of significant political groups in debates: the erratic doctrine of the Central Electoral Board
Abstract
In this paper we analyze the position of the category of significant political group regarding its eventual participation in electoral debates in the audiovisual media. Based on the applicable regulations, a critical analysis of the resolutions of the Central Electoral Board regarding the casuistry generated by the various claims of those affected in the last five years is made.
