Abstract

The Spanish democratic system has a pending issue that has not yet been overcome: a law on official secrets that meets the requirements of the Rule of Law. In the Draft presented by the current Government, it intends to adapt the future law to Spain's international commitments. However, the proposed regulation on the scope of matters classified as very secret and secret suffers from indeterminacy
