Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a concept in social construction, whose development over the last decade presents positive aspects, but others somehow contradictory. Based on an analysis of the main characteristics of this phenomenon in Spain, from the perspective of the various stakeholders, the paper focuses on the role of social dialogue as a particularly important area of action to meet the challenges of CSR
