El marco jurídico de la activación de los demandantes de desempleo
Abstract
This article attempts to observe the concurrence within the Spanish legal system of four keys indicators which define the current trend applied in some European countries in order to quicken the incorporation of unemployed into the labour market. In that sense, it slightly analyses the legal regime of the modifications introduced to activate people receiving economic protection from Social Security, to conclude with the effects related to the contractualisation of unemployment benefits.Downloads
