La acción sindical y las dinámicas de deslocalización internacional
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyze the logic and limits of trade union practice in the process of International delocalisation and examine its impact on the extension and intensification of these processes on employment. The most important conclusion is that although the offshoring does not appear to have a significant impact on the overall level of employment in developed countries, it has produced very significant changes in labour markets, labour relationships and union activity. It has also helped to create new vulnerabilities and enhance job insecurity and the fear of very large sectors of workers losing their jobs and suffering drastic and damaging changes in the conditions in which they work.Downloads
