Abstract
In the working force, retirement is a consequence of getting old. This is a new chapter in one’s life for which many are not adequately prepared. This lack of preparation and adaptation has unwanted and undesirable repercussions in the physical and mental well-being of the workers, not only in the their life, but on those of their friends and family. As previously mentioned in this article, one can infer the convenience of facing this process wholeheartedly.Downloads
