El ajuste de los mercados laborales de América Latina a la globalización económica
Abstract
In the context of the present phase of globalization, the Latin American economies have reacted to the challenges which there are to face to compete in opened surroundings, with adjustment intense in its respective labor markets. In spite of the presence of heterogeneous situations, this articule develops an analytical hypothesis that interprets as the adjustment of the Latin American labor markets has been carried out through a triple via which combines the ascent of the informal employment, the increase of open unemployment and the expansion of the wage mismatch that follows to an intense real wages moderation practices in the region.Downloads
