In the article it is done a revision of the concept of mobbing, focusing in: — The many faces that it implies, from the psychologicalindividual dimension to the legal-political one. — The biggest discussions taking place at the moment about the causes and forms of mobbing (individual vs. organizational problems). — Future research trends.
