Quality jobs for young people: an investment of present and future
Abstract
Achieving quality jobs and good job offers has become one of the goals of youth employability programs. This is why the elements that make up quality employment must be analysed and problematised. Through the concept of quality jobs and the indicators proposed by different international organizations, in order to analyse if the SNGJ is contributing to the challenge of quality jobs; or, it is serving to reduce the youth unemployment rates.
