Abstract
This work intends to bring forward why penal information is convenient to history. Analysing what historiography use to do in the last 30 years, teoretical and methodological lines, the article back into the difficulties of an ahistorical model, and developed penal maps as a basic road to explore, what has been less noticed than traditional penalty expansion to modern times.Downloads
