La «Orgánica» de las Cortes 1810-1813
Abstract
This work intends to bring forward some answers to questions regarding the main aspects of the organization and activities of the «Parliament of Cádiz», the earliest expression of Spanish Liberalism. Particularly we will refer to the operating rules, and administrative and services structure of that first legislative body. In order to study these subjects properly, we have consulted the Parliamentary report, the Governmental Regulations of 1810 and 1813, and the Constitution of 1812, to the extent that it has been necessary for the purpose of our work.Downloads
