Spanish collaborationism in North Africa: Algeria and Morocco (1939-1945)
Abstract
Based on primary sources and a bibliography consistent with the subject, this article aims to examine the policies of collaborationism with the Nazis during the Second World War in North Africa, starting with specific cases such as "Operation Cisneros", which sought to annex Oranie -Algeria- to Franco's Spain, or the consular contacts in French Morocco to pass information to the German services with Operation Torch underway.
