Abstract
This work analyzes urban spatial coordinate as the main methonimy of the characteristics defining the noir in Frank Miller: arachnid city, rotten city and prostitute city. We will take in account the series of graphic novels Sin City (1991-1999) and its cinematographic version (2005), as well as further reflections about narratologic outcomes implied by the adaptation.Downloads
