Abstract
The Álvaro Cunqueiro's gastronomic literature is constituted by a heap of lessons capable of evoking, for his style and density, an imaginary stimulant about the plate, a sophisticated bundle that predisposes us and to savour it with five senses. In more than one occasion, this connoisseur and lover of the kitchen of inside and out of his Galician country has confessed that to eat well it is necessary to add to the food a pinch of literature and fantasy (and to do it, besides, intelligently). The jewels philogastrónomas that has given us in Galician and in Spanish they come the steam of the history, of the knowledges of botany inherited from his father apothecary, of his passion for the literature and the philology, from the cultural mother land of a Galician of instructive spirit (and consequently, universal).Downloads
