Abstract

A codex fragment of the late fifteenth century that contains part of La Tresangoisseuse et Saincte Passion, a poem in French that narrates the passion of Christ, is disclosed. It also contains a full-page miniature that represents the Descent from the Cross. A transcription of the text is provided together with an apparatus of variants, as well as some notes on the possible authorship of the poem and a reproduction of the manuscript.
