Abstract

The economic crisis is having an important repercussion in the Spanish enterprises. The number of new companies are less, and the number of those that already being operative in the market and have to close is increasing. The companies that have been affected more are the smallest, who had seen in danger their future viability, due to the lack of liquidity and access on the credit, as a result of the bad practices of international financial sector. In the case of the labour managed firms, characterized by their small size, the fact of being and individual entrepreneur, or partner of a cooperative of associate work or employeeowned company, implies to be a financier. Because of that, due to the problem of the lack of liquidity, the study of the creation of a financial organization by these companies could be an alternative.
