Política exterior y cooperación al desarrollo
Abstract
In this article the author thinks about connections between the politics of development cooperation in which its inserted, with the aim of improving the main coherence between the diferent politics that have influence in developing countries. In this sense the challenge is not as much autonomy for development cooperation, which any way presents centain dificulties, as its compatibility with a foreign policy guided by the goals of poverty reduction and democracy promotion, as a contribution to create a safer and more stable international society.
