Marruecos, un espacio para el desarrollo: tres cuestiones sobre la cooperación
Abstract
There are three key questions to analyse Morocco from Development Cooperation point of view. These are Women question, the links between International Migration and Development and the Association tissue. First, regarding the Women question, it is important to outline that the International Agenda forces the priorities in the development. From their point of view, the legal change is the more important aim in International Cooperation and this statement fixes the associations work. Second, despite the importance of international Migration in the Developement, the framework to discuss migration is limited by Security Policies. It means that the possibilities of Migration to affect the development of origin areas become dramatically damaged. Third, the International Cooperation shapes the Association web in Morocco. In consequence, there is an exclusion —in human and economic ressources— of the Associations that don’t share the ideological principles of International NGO’s, even if they could be representatives and if they do a good work in development terms.
