Abstract
Peace is basic for any country's developmet, and development is esential in achieving peace and security. Actually, underdevelopment is among most important causes of nowdays conflicts, and conflicts can be stressed as one of the most important factors leading to underdevelopment. And the EU has been the actor that, within the framework of it's relations of co-operation for development, has reached further in connecting security, peace and development.
