Las bases éticas del desarrollo: la introducción del enfoque basado en derechos humanos en la cooperación española
Abstract
This article present the analysis made by the Spanish Cooperation for the introduction of an approach of rights, which has been reflected in the Strategy of Democratic Governance, Citizen Participation and Institutional Development (2008). The article describes the moral dimension analysis about the universal rights approach, or what the author called “the inherent dignity” of the human being, and the instrumental dimension or the relations for the exchange of rights and obligations between the State and citizenship in democratic systems.
