Abstract
This article goes over the development of the regulation for the protection and promotion of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, which fulfils in the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, approved by the United Nations Council for Human Rights and analyzed in this article.
