Los antecedentes normativos del FONPRODE
Abstract
The present article makes an approach to the most outstanding background of the Fund for Development Promotion (FONPRODE). For this proposal it assess the historical, legal and doctrinal aspects, all framed in a temporary systematic. Through them, it follows that the FONPRODE is configured as an instrument of cooperation successor of the Development Assistance Fund (FAD), adapted to the new international situation and requirements of Spanish society. The FONPRODE was created with the aim of providing Spanish cooperation policy a financial instrument that allows the Spanish government to fulfill the commitments made by international aid with the international community, and in particular with developing countries.
