La agenda de cooperación al desarrollo del primer semestre 2012. La ayuda externa en un contexto adverso
Abstract
The International development cooperation agenda during the first months of 2012 was characterized by having been influenced by economic factors (arising from the crisis in this area) as well as political issues (either using it as an influence mechanism or as a non priority foreign policy resource in several countries), which has undermined impact and effectiveness during this period, especially in the frame of the current global economic context, in which development aid is more necessary than ever.
