Past and present of maternity protection in ILO Conventions and in Spain
Abstract
This article explores, from a critical perspective, the ILO Conventions and Recommendations impact on maternity protection in the Spanish law. The dates of approval of each of the Conventions are going to articulate the structure of this paper, having as result a study of legal and social evolution of maternity protection in the ILO and Spain.
