South-South cooperation with a territorial approach, the new paradigm of decentralized cooperation under the new post-2015 Agenda
Abstract
Descentralized cooperation aims to build horizontal relations between subnational governments that serve to reinforce their capabilities as articulators of the territory and its actors. This territorial approach takes on greater dimension if we refer to the decentralized South-South cooperation whose relevance the implementation of the post-2015 Development Agenda should be underlined.
