Uncertainty and conflict in a troubled world. Seeking the Development Agenda, second half of 2016
Abstract
From May to October 2016 uncertainty and conflict have conditioned the scope of the global development agenda making difficult its identification in the international arena. Wars, natural and social catastrophes and even electoral processes in different countries imposed with respect to the spirit of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda during its first year of operation. This article aims to analyze the most relevant events that fostered or affected the development agenda during the designated time period, taking as main reference international cooperation exercises.
