Private sector evolution through the nine international agreements on global development
Abstract
The nine main global development agreements endorsed between 2000 and 2015 had reinforced the need to promote policy coherence and partnerships for development. The analysis of the role that private sector should play in the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals must be contextualized from its role in effectiveness and financing agreements, two of the qualities that private sector has and not always the public sector.
