Impact Investing as a bridge between International Cooperation and the Private Sector: Post conflict in Colombia
Abstract
In a context where social and economic challenges are increasingly complex and traditional financial resources particularly scarce, the private sector and international cooperation have more incentives than ever to work in an articulated way. This paper examines Impact Investing as an ideal tool and as a bridge between international cooperation and the private sector in order to join their efforts for financing development in middle-income countries, based on Colombia’s experience.
