Culture is development in Spanish cultural cooperation
Abstract
The article makes a historical approach to the presence of culture in the thirty years of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation. It analyses the contributions of culture to the Spanish international development cooperation policies. It presents some reflections on the contribution of the AECID to the international debate on Culture and Development and the perspectives of future in this field.
