Abstract

The participation of development organizations in the field of international cooperation is legitimized by its values and principles, its specialization and guided dedication to the fight against poverty and inequality. They are organizations that have a social base that transfer their concerns and demands to the political agenda. These characteristics are the ones who grant it the ability to act in different roles and a strategic role that is recognized in the regulations, both national and international.
