Abstract

En este nuevo número de la Revista Española de Desarrollo y Cooperación se presentan un conjunto de contribuciones que vienen a subrayar una dimensión no suficientemente atendida del sistema de cooperación internacional, cuya importancia se ha hecho particularmente visible, durante los últimos tres años ante la pandemia mundial de la COVID-19.
