Resistances to gender in development: Gaps between discourses and practices in NGO for development
Abstract
If no aspect of life is beyond gender inequalities, why should it be different in NGO for development? The urgency to re-politicize gender in development includes non-state actors, starting with their organizational culture, which involves radical changes and therefore resistances. The article contains a proposal to systematize them, as a result of the consultancy work in different spanish organizations.
