Stress in domestic rabbits. A review
Abstract
Domestic rabbits are becoming increasingly important as pets, because of their size or soft fur. Their recent appearance as pets, explains why most vets don’t know much about them. The aim of this paper is to explain different situations that may cause stress in rabbits, and offer some guidelines and tips to keep in mind to have them at home. We should understand that they are loving animals, but also very scary and independents because of they have prey character (importance of their natural habitat). However, throughout this work we can understand that rabbits aren’t the first choice to choose because all their peculiarities. They need some owners willing to provide all their needs.Downloads
